After reading the Sunday ads my husband mentioned that he wanted to go to CompUSA and buy this computer game called Half-Lite 2 cause it was on sale plus he also noticed that with the game you got a free shirt.
Well on Monday we went down there he got his game and when we where checking out he mentioned the shirt to the cashier, he informed us there were no more shirts, so we asked for a discount on our purchase since they ran out of shirts. Now in the Sunday paper it states recieve a shirt instanly with your purchase, nothing is ever mentioned that supplies are limted or anything in that nature. So we figured if there advertising something and they can't produce the item cause there all out why not give the customer 5% discount.
Not CompUSA thats for sure they where very rude to us when we asked about giving us a discount the cashier asked his manager who wouldn't even come over to our register he just flat out says no then the cashier was rude to us after that.
I know Im just bitchen about a shirt and it probably only cost 5.00 bucks but hell you get a little sick and tired of seeing ads and the company not honoring it... I know im sick of it. And not only that they get away with it. Well CompUSA you should make sure your in stock if your gonna give away free gifts when you make a purchase at your store. Quite frankly there would be a cold day in hell before I ever stepped into your store again
