I was solicited by this company to open a web mall. They start with a small amount that seems reasonable and then end up demanding appr $5000 more to "finish" the website. I too, was offered unending support and professional assistance by their IT team. They claim to offer first page google searches, google ad payment, and 60,000 guaranteed visitors to your site. I received ridiculous keyword that the normal public would never enter into a search bar and I never received one sale on my site. As far as I know, they've closed down, but please beware of any solicitors trying to sell web malls. These people will probably open up under another name.
