Ive been paying for service that doesnt even work. They sent service tech 3 time to fix the modem but they say they fix but as soon as they leave it goes out. They refuse to give me a credit just continue to send tech out. This has been going on for 6month so now everytime it goes down im calling. They said if I cancel service then I will be charge up to 300 dollars believe me they have no idea who they are messing with. F the 100percent customer satisfication.in my opinion they broke the contract.
