Morten Nilsen ordered a product from us unfortunately, the item arrived damaged by FedEx we immediately contacted Morten Nilsen and gave him all available options of returning and receiving a replacement item on time for the holidays with no additional cost. Unfortunately, Morten Nilsen went on line and wrote a negative review claiming item was not as described and not received on time which is untrue we shipped the product the following day, provided tracking information and made sure to request signature upon delivery.
Mr. Morten Nilsen if you ever read this, it is very bad business and very unethical to bash a company that is trying to do everything humanly possible to accommodate you.
