Contrary to PPC's claim, no one in my household — neither adult, guest nor minor — placed any international calls to the UK through PPC's billing software in order to access Internet web sites. No "certified downloads" were accepted and no "disclaimers" were reviewed or acknowledged.
Records from my "standard Internet service provider" clearly show that our computers were not connected to the Internet just prior to the times PPC claims they would have been disconnected and then reconnected to a UK Internet service provider.
As is clear by the numerous similar postings on consumer complaints.com, this is obviously a fraudulent scheme. I have demanded that PPC's charges be extinguished and that they place a block on my phone line.
