I was sent a irs form 1099-c, reporting that debt was forgiven for cedit card expenditure of $2,143.82 by dent-a-med. They will not state who is source nor Who is first creditor or what it was for! I never had a card in this amount. And the company will not explain who they are acting for! As this ...
