I paid the shipping on the free sample to try Cenafil.
I was given a 30 day supply and was put on the autoship program.
That's the only way I could get the pills to try it.
They send the next bottle five days before you run out.
I tried to cancel my order because the cenafil didn't help me. I called the company and left a message on the answering machine with my full name and spelled the last name for them. Gave them my order number and let them know I wanted to cancel my order.
I gave them my home number repeated the process twice to make sure they have the information correctly. I didn't receive a call back so I called again and left the same information two days later.
They charged my credit card for another bottle. I call on Monday (10/25) and spoke with the 2nd level supervisior (Elisha). She told me she tried to call but couldn't leave a message. So she chaged my credit card that morning for the Cenafil. The order was still in there place of business and would not ship until Tuesday morning. I told her to cancel my order because I didn't want the Cenafil. She told me she could not do that.
I called back to speak with another "2nd level supervisior" and ask if I could talk with her supervisior she told me she didn't have one. We got in a arguement and she hung up on me.
