I signed up at curves end of I was out of shape and had been having serious back issues. Shortly after, I started having severe back pain, I went to my doctor and had an MRI it showed spinal arthritis and I got a note from my physician to show curves and I told them I was going to try swimming for my back instead of the machinery for workouts. They said a doctors note wasnt enough to break the year contract I had signed, so I just rode out the year, didnt go but they continued to debit my account. At the end of the year, I had to go in and sign a cancellation so I did. My husband does our monthly statements and didnt pay attention to the curves debits monthly and I happened to be looking at them and noticed curves was continuing to take money out of my account. It has now been 2 years. Ive attended 6 times total in 2 years and paid $1,000 in fees. I called and they said I never did cancel. Ive asked to speak to the owner and she doesnt return my calls. Curves is a RipOff and fraudulent. It looks like a Huge Lawsuit. Ive seen other very similiar stories just like mine. Curves needs to go out of business or get Honest people in there and return all money owed to people!!!
