I got a container of Eucerin Product back again to the shop I bought it from (Walgreens Drugstore found on Perris Blvd within the town of Moreno Valley, Ca.). Used to donot possess the unique bill with me (could not think it is) then when I joined the shop I instantly informed the worker (Irene, in my opinion) close to the entry that I had been just getting it back again to do an exchange to get a diverse product, as this manufacturer wasn't sufficient for my requirements. It'd not been employed. Irene stated just the supervisor might approve an exchange and thus she named him around. Their name was Sergio Ramero. He seemed carefully in the container I'd introduced after which strolled away, without clarification, to determine if he might find exactly the same container about the shop rack. Before arriving back in my experience then he went right into a back office using the container. He never got it!!! After I told him that and questioned why he was being as belligerent as he was, then he transformed his brain about providing me the shop-credit and explained to consider the container to a different Walgreens of course if I'd an issue with him I ought to return and inform it to his chef, the store manager. He was obvious he wouldn't, under any conditions, let me do any type of trade in "his" shop. This person Sergio, isn't performing the title of the company worthwhile using the perspective he exhibited in my experience today. I'm certain that from what I experienced nowadays, that I'm NOT the only real Walgreens client within our region that has had the catastrophe of coping with Sergio and contains quit the shop with nothing significantly less than a poor style within their mouth due to it. Our expertise also left me feeling like he believed I had been a typical offender attempting to con the shop... Also bad that his people skills are as missing because they are.
