I bought 20 units of botox from 2 drops of beauty med spa 7 days ago. I too was schemed into purchasing more than what I went in for. Hard sales pitch about what great price the injectible were right now... If I prepaid I could get 20 more units for $150 and a vile of Restylene for $289. So I did, well it's been a week and my botox is week and it's caused my eye lid to become heavy droop over my eye, making it difficult to see. When I called to ask for my money back as I would not be returning for more injectibles they office manager Marilyn C. Told me that had to see me physically. I told her that i could not nor would I drive to Gilbert from north Scottsdale but I would be happy to send her a picture. She replied " how do I know it's a recent picture". She said the money i paid for prepaid services is non refundable. It's been 7 business days as a consumer I have the right to change my mind. Their contract is unconscionable I'm going to the Maricopa County attorney to take further action. I have contacted the BBB and from there the media. Two drops of beauty doesn't have the right to keep over $300 of my hard earned money if I change my mind!
