I have had my mammograms done at Berland Imaging of Creve Couer for the last 7 years. I recently moved to New Hampshire and asked for my records to be sent. Since they did not arrive at my new healthcare providers office (the address had been verified), I follwed up and asked for them to be resent. They claimed they sent the one and only copy of my radiographic films through the mail - with no tracking mechanism whatsoever. To do that with no backup is utter malpractice for a healthcare provider.
