Ordered a prescription, paid with Western Union and now I am told I will not be getting the drug or my money back

I ordered a script and paid with western union. The next day they called and said they were out of the quantity I ordered, 120.
He said I needed to send them more money and they would be able to send me a larger quantity or I would have to wait for 20 days for the original script I ordered.
When I said I would send any more money he told me I would not be getting my order or my money back.
