MD24/7 They do not cover anything. I have asked to cancel to no avail

I received this in the mail. It is of no use and my Doctors will not accept it. I am being charged $50.00 a month for this and I want it canceled. I have tried to no avail.

Billpay tries to take money out of my CLOSED account to cover checks instead taking money out of my OPEN account. They then send the checks back to the doctor's offices they had been written to thus causing me to be charged for each returned check
