Wont take responsibility for error

I visited Sophisticated Dermcare in Danbury, CT last August. I had been handled by Dr. Perez and billed $1000.00 by her assistant, Linda, for that therapy. I settled this amount ENTIRELY. I offered Linda a look for $500 and had her place another $500 on my charge card. I had been in work 14 days later to get a check-up. Linda never mentioned I'd a "balance due". I had been also back again to work with my child another period. Never was I told I'd a "balance due".

Five weeks after my therapy, I obtained a statement declaring I'd a $300 stability due which if didn't spend, it'd visit selections. I published a notice to Dr. Perez since I really could not understand why. I had been charged $1000 and settled $1000 why am I being confronted with selections? Somebody from payment named me in reaction to my notice. They stated based on the assistant, Linda, used to donot have sufficient cash to pay for the $1300 at that time of the therapy in June. This can be a rest. Linda had my charge card in her palm and may have set $800 on it just like quickly as she set $500 onto it. I've been an individual of Dr. Perez for a long time and also have USUALLY settled her entirely. This time around was no different. Sadly, Linda created a blunder and today really wants to blame the individual in the place of acquiring responsibility on her mistake. Of low quality customer support.

I'm wondering Sophisticated Dermcare to take responsibility for that mistake produced by their worker. Linda created an error therefore possibly she ought to be accountable for it and/or even the exercise must absorb it. I'm requesting Sophisticated Dermcare to get hold of the collection company and ignore this state against me.

UPDATE: After ignoring me, I called Sophisticated Dermcare towards the Better Business Office. The BBB attempted calling Sophisticated Dermcare many times but every time Sophisticated Dermcare dismissed their demands. The BBB fundamentally suggested that I send Sophisticated Dermcare towards the Connecticut State Attorney Generals Office. I recently posted this criticism and am waiting to listen to from somebody out-of that workplace.
