Tom Lara Ripped me off

I placed an order on 12/29 for Derma Zen-Mole & skin tag removal treatment. My bank card was debited for $45.45. I have sent emails and made phone calls. I rec'd a recorded message on the phone calls and 1 response on my emails that they were on vacation. My order # was 188876885.
