This company shipped the prescription to my address, according to them, in which was not received at my home address. There was bad weather in which the mail service did not run and it was in this time frame it which it was deliveried according to company. I called the company to inform them it had not been received and to cancel the presciption due to information on a new allergy found.By the representative I was told to simply return it when it was received at my home address. I never received this shipment and called a month later to inform them again in which they said I had to pay for it. I worked with by phone and by writing a letter according to how they said to handle this matter.
I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau who they would not even cooperate with. They have ignored this matter even though I have made many attempts to clear up this matter until now it is to their good timing to late to resolve this matter because it has almost been a year. A year in which they have been ignoring and waiting for the statute in their policy and procedure to expire so they do not have to resolve the matter but to send it to a collection agency. I am now being threatened to ruin my credit now because of their legal position of greed and believing that large corporations have the power over individuals.
I would advise that if you have dealings with company to think carefully because they are unethical and are out to cheat you out of your hard earned money. I have been noticing that this company has been trying to merge with large pharmacy chains and they succceeded with CVS. Walgreens had the common sense to tell them no and in which is why I have switched pharmacies in which I purchase anything for any reason. Because credit is so valued in today's world I will be forced to pay this greedy and dishonest company their money like they intended all along. Please read this carefully and reconsider this company as someone you do business with because if something seems to good to be true it usually is.
