Placed an order with this company 11/17, using my credit card. According to my bank statement the balance for this order was deducted from my account the same day. Never received my order

I placed an order 11/17 using my credit card. This company took the money from my account the same day. It has been two months and have never received my order or never heard anything from them after trying to contact them by phone or e-mail.
