Authorized shipping only for a trial box of this product. This company used my credit card number again for an Un-Authorized shipment. This company automatically signed me up for their SCAM program. I received no paperwork, no receipt for charges, no paperwork explaining the SCAM program.
I called, of course was on the telephone for half hour trying to get credit. Their customer service department is very well versed in this as it is a SCAM and by the sounds of it have taken other calls just like mine many, many times over.
They said no to the credit and I told the customer service "supervisor" that I knew this was a SCAM and that I would be filing charges against them thru my credit card company and I would be filing a BBB report and whatever I could against them. She calmly told me to "have a nice day" as though she's said it already 100 times that day.
Let's get the news out on this and see if we can't lobby against this company.
