On October 26, James Wei Representing Shanghai Worldbest Group Co. Ltd.invoiced our Company US$1920.00 for CasNo. 395-28-8 with attached Certificate Analysis and requested payment in advance to SWGC Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Shangai Branch.

The payment of US $1920.00 was wire transferred on November 4 by our Bank in Bonita Springs, Florida USA.

As of November 3 we have not received the merchandise and Mr. James Wei does not answer E-mails.

This scam has been reported to the U.S. Fbi.
