I order the See Clearly Method in Feb; I was very excited about product and was looking forward to using it. Unfortunately, during the time the program arrived my father became very ill. After being rushed to the hospital, my father was diagnosed with terminal lung and liver cancer. Subsequently, my father passed away on the 24 March. During the time we were going through my fathers treatments I did not remember anything especially the See Clearly Method's return policy.
I sent the unopened program back and ask for a refund and now they do not want to give a refund. I explained the circumstance for my oversight of the return date and they stated that the product would be returned to me. At this point and time in my life this is the last thing I need to deal with.
Also, I question the validity of a product that the very company that produced it does not want to give a customer a refund; I could understand if I had opened the box and used the product but the product was returned unopened and unused so that it may be sold again. I have reported the incident to the United Stated Post Office for mail fraud and to Georgia's office of Consumer Affairs. Do not purchase this product!!!
