I can't believe It took me this long to file this complaint but after 3 months of going over and over a traumatic incident in my mind, I felt like I had to get it off my chest and hopefully warn others about Brylen Technologies, Inc. And their miserable, nasty, rude president Barbara Tzur.
Back in June my home business was burglarized at gun point. About 3am I was up working late as usual. I was hacking away at my computer in the living room. My wife, 4 year old son and newborn daughter were all passed out on the couch with the DVD menu for "The Incredibles" looping in the background. All of a sudden I heard a knock at my back door. Obviously this was unusual so I double - checked the time "3:13am". I looked over to see my wife and son start to stir. I was pretty freaked out but I wanted to see what this could possibly be. Unfortunately, we don't have a peep hole so I went up to the door and said quietly, "who is it?".
