I am a senior citizen on Social Security. Last July I had 6 bottom teeth removed in one sitting. I was told the cost of the dentures & extractions would come to $554.00 out of my pocket and it had to be paid in full before the dentist would work on me. Four days later after the extractions, I went back to the dentist, and when I got home my denture wasn't with me. I called the office and the office manager, whose name is HELEN said I didn't leave them there. If I wanted a new denture, the cost would be the same even tho I already had teeth pulled. Everytime I call the office and ask for her, she lies to me, saying she will call me back, but she never does. I'm in a position now to have a new denture made, but I need a certain paper from the office. I was promised by HELEN that it would be in the mail today. But, as always, when I called to find out about it, she had another receptionist lie to me that she was out of the office, but would be back in one hour and she would call me. The call never came. Helen is a boisterous, demanding, non-professional. I'm surprised she still has a job there. Shame on her!!!
