The doctor smokes sigarattes while consultation with patient

I'd my toughest M. D encounter previously with him.

He's usually on holiday, once i waited just like a month for his signiture to get a recommendation,

Another period the day I've visit they named me around 30 minutes just before my visit plus they stated he's not gonna be in.

In my own next two additional visit after I visited his ofis following i waited two hours they stated he simply named and he will not be in, exactly what a M. D

Thanks god I don't have really severe health condition normally I'd be useless right now due to his him, it had been my greatest error to select him as my primary care company.
