Smilecare owes me $27 overpayment. They informed me of this last year. I have told them 5 different times I want my money. I am not at all pleased with their services, and do not want to receive it in kind.
I have requested my money at the Pahrump office 3 times, and each time they say it will be sent to me. I have requested it twice at corporate, and they say I must fill out some form, and when I ask to speak to a supervisor they hang up on me or put me to a voice mail that is never answered.
