I have been spending money on this @ $19.00 per month for very along period, simply to discover there is nothing accessible I named waited on-hold for an hour or so, ultimately named another # on back of card spoken with a woman. She directed me to take site to determine guide, or talk live. The web site isn't there & can't keep in touch with anybody. If you want to understand if this addresses any section of IM support or doctor or something no data available. I really believe this can be a fraud.
