Joined this weight loss program in september. Costs of program upfront which were paid were in excess of $1600.00. Upon showing up for a scheduled office visit on Nov. 23, found the office closed down. Attempts to contact office by phone for over a week prior to the scheduled visit were answered by a voice mail to leave a message. No messages were ever returned.
