Double Billing

I went to the dentist office for a check up on tooth extraction 9/28/10. I was told by the office that they were going to take an impressions of my lower jaw for partial dentures. I tried to explain that I already had that done in July. She just ignored me and ask me to open my mouth. Then she told me to go to the front office and check out. When I got there. They told me the charge was $842.50- I tried to explain again. That I already paid for this in July. She said, I will call your wife and get this authorized. My wife spoke w/the girl and she said, We already paid for this in July. They apologized and set another appointment for me to come back in October 08.I was told it would be no charge. Then I checked my Care credit care on 10/01/10 found out they charged my card $842.50. My wife called and spoke to the office manager. She explained we already paid for this. Office manager said, Can you send me a copy of that statement. My wife faxed that to her on 10/01/10- My wife called to make sure that the office manager received her fax. She said, she did. Then my wife checked our Care credit account again on 10/04/10-found the charges were there. My wife called and spoke with the office manager on 10/04/10-The office manager said, thay will be removed. As of today 10/06/10 @ 12:42pm - it is still there. My wife needs to go to the dentist and can not go because of this. Also, forgot to put note about claims form, they do not want to fill those out either.
