Dr. Richard Malouf I produced signs for Mi Familia Medical and provided them with invoices totalling $900. They refuse to pay stating that the signs were free

I produced signs for Mi Familia Medical that were approved before they were produced. I produced over $900 in signs and Dr. Richard Malouf the owner claims the signs were free. He refuses to pay me nor responds to phone messages. I have an email from Lauren Campbell, his assistant acknowledging the debt but still a refusal to pay. It's been 10 months in trying to collect this outstanding debt. I will continue to go thru every media outlet until i am paid to warn all contractors not to do any work for any person in his company including All Smiles Dental in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex
