I was trying to get help with my co-pay for my medecine. I called 3 weeks ago & was told they would send me a card to cover my co-pay. I never heard from them again. I called after 3 weeks & was told "we don't offer help to people with insurance" I was told 3 weeks ago you did. She was so rude. Does this company think people enjoy having to ask for any help in the first place?
