I have also been scammed by the company. I sent the sample bottle back along with another bottle that I received in April. I sent the opened bottle back telling them to cancel my order, and I was not interesed in receiving any more of this product. The second bottle was never opened, and I put on the box
Return To Sender along with the first bottle. When I received my bill, I was charged $79.95 for membership fee which I did not know that I was liable for any kind of fee regarding membership. I called on May 14 and cancelled all orders. They said there was nothing I could do about the membership fee - which I accepted but was unhappy about it. I was told they would waive the $83.93 charge if I could prove I sent it back. How the heck could I prove that it was returned by US Postal when they don't give tracking numbers.in the meantime, they gave me a UPS Tracking Number from their records that said would track where my order was sent. This number showed up invalid - so what the heck is going on with the darn tracking number. I received my bill today - again no credit. I called back - 2 different numbers - 2 different customer service people - no luck again. They would not listen that 1) I sent it back via US Postal thus no number I can track; and 2) the tracking number they gave me was invalid! I got no where with any of them. My theory to them was it had to go back to the address where it came from so where the heck are the bottles because they did not come back to me. Somewhere in the factory those 2 bottles have to be there or they re-packaged them and sent them to another sucker. They could not answer me other than to say the factory is not authorized to accept them - so where the heck are these bottles. What do they do with them - they have to be stored some where (like lost and found) or as I said they sent them to another sucker. The many times I called I asked for a supervisor or someone else who knew what they were doing, and they refuse to let me talk with someone else. This Company is a darn scam! Do not ever, every purchase any item (s) from this Company or any one who is affiliated with them. They are only after your money, and will use any method they can to not refund or credit your account. This Company should be ripped off of the internet and television commercials. They will not work with you in any way to solve the problem (s). I am out of more than $200.00. I am sure they have supervisors over them, but no way would they let you talk with one. I don't care how much you beg, etc., they absolutely refused to put you with another representative. They just don't get it - no tracking number if it was sent back via Postal Service. They kept telling me to contact my credit card company, and I kept telling them they said it had to come from their company. They still did not understand even though I told them over and over and over. Next time, I will not use this particular credit card but will always us AX because they will dispute the charge until you tell them the problem has been solved. Another lesson I have learned. Beware you are being scammed!
