I have not been overly thrilled with their product and did not intend to order any more. One of their representatives called me to place another order, and I told him if I wanted any more I would call HIM. I was very busy at the time of the call, but this rude bastard was persistent, so I hung up on him.
Not only did they send me another order ANYWAY, but charged my VISA card TWICE for it, to the tune of $438.00! Burbank is about 1100 miles from here, so the son of a bitch gets to keep his teeth, and it would cost me more to walk into an attorney's office, than it would be worth.
I cancelled my credit card and learned a very hard lesson about not doing business over the phone ever again... Not surprisingly, I checked this consumer complaints (Like I SHOULD have done in the beginning), and found all kinds of sh*t against these a*holes.
I've also written letters to 2 different branches of the Better Business Bureau. But as I said, there's about 1100 miles between these thieves, and this old retired Marine with a very bad attitude. It ain't worth the time, gas or jailtime, and they are VERY VERY lucky.
