Gary Tucker Tried to rip me off and was extremely rude, loud, unprofessional

I went to have a partial refill prescription completed for my mother. They didn't have all of the medicine that was needed when the prescription was filled and gave me part of it (one box out of six) for the full co payment amount of $30. Before they called to say it was ready (remaining five boxes) Mother was readmitted to the hospital. This is the reason why the remainder of the prescription wasn't picked up.

Not only did they not want to give me her remaining medicine (which had been paid for), they also wanted to charge me another $30 co pay. On top of this charge they also subtracted the one box they gave us. So I had to pay twice for her medicine.

This is the situation I was talking to the pharmacist about in my car (drive-thru) when a man name Gary Tucker asked me to come inside. My friend and I went in.
In the midst of this discussion one of the assistants even though we weren't agreeing, was talking to me politely when Gary Tucker began to yell at me. The assistant told him several times that "if you would just calm down I will explain to you what she (me) is saying." He yelled, "I don't care what she is saying either she is going to buy this or not, I'm tired of talking about it." Then He held up the bag (full of my mother's remaining boxes), shook it and said "do you see this, you are either going to buy it or you are not." I was still being polite and told him if he would wait and calm down (like his co-worker asked); I would explain further what I was saying.

He (Gary Tucker) shook his head and said "I don't care what you are trying to say, either you want it or don't and I'm not going to talk about it any more, I'm tired of these people (we're African-American, he and his c0-workers were white)." Then he tossed the bag on the floor and said, "If you want it it's right there, (pointing towards the bag on the floor) otherwise I have nothing else to say" and he walked off. He even repeated this (picking up the bag and tossing it back, as if dangling a carrot inf ront of a mule, while he yelled several times.) He continued to get louder and louder.

Other customers and myself could only stare at him in shock. At this point I asked for the manager and they (an assistant) said he wasn't there. Then I asked for the next person under them that I could talk to and they said that I was talking to him (Gary). Gary continued to mumble under his breath and gesture towards me and my friend.

Finally one of the pharmacists called for the assistant manager, even though they told there was no one in. Not only was the situation with the medicine never resolved (I had to pay again), he yelled at me in front of other customers and acted as if I could live forever or die right there and we wouldn't have cared. He showed a great lack of respect on top of talking to us as if we were children.

At this point, I have called Scott Leslie at 1-865-769-# and I'm waiting for a return call. One of the assisstants disdainfully refered to us as "these women". Gary Tucker used his position, as having something that he knew I couldn't say no to (she needs her medicine whether we agree or not), as an anchor to humiliate me. He was rude, uncaring, and most of all just downright unprofessional.
