Horrible customer service

I'm a diabetic. Under Florida legislation, any drugstore with authorization from the Town might market 10 or less needles to clients with no prescription. All Walgreens have that authorization and that I have experienced no issues obtaining needles from any Walgreens except lately when Barbara Ann, a pharmacist help in the at Industry & Van Ness Ave in Bay Area, insisted, in a rude, discourteous way that I needed a prescription. After I described the reality to her, she nevertheless declined to work well with me before pharmacist reluctantly accepted that the software wasn't required. That solved, Barbara Ann huffed down looking for this typical insulin needle. While she delivered, she stated the shop had none in-stock as well as in reality the item I needed was outdated. After detailing that I've been utilizing the same needle for a long time, I questioned if she'd purchase a brand new offer. She declined and insisted that it had been my obligation to achieve that, and I'd need to contact the shop and reorder more. After I pointed out that she was the shop and that I was seeking the she purchase a brand new offer, she blew me down, declining to assist me out. She declined and delivered me on my approach. This arrogant lowlife must be delivered on her way completely.
