La Dolce Vita forced me to get highlights in which it sounded as though I wasn't going to get charged for them and then I was charged 80 dollars. The man blow dried my hair (I didn't ask for it) and said that he was doing me a favor just for charging me for the highlights and not the blow dry. I shouldn't be charged for something I didn't ask for. My friend went too and they were going to charge her for glaze they put in her hair that she didn't ask for.
