This company sold my father, soon to be 90, their "Procera and Ceraplex" without asking any screening questions, like AGE, does he take ASPIRIN, has he been diagnosed with ALZHEIMERS or DEMENTIA, or any other safety mechanisms to keep this product from falling into the wrong hands. Their manager "Emmanuel" said it would be insulting to ask my father these questions... How ridiculous. They charged him $312.40 in December. I asked for the money back when I discovered the invoice at the bottom of a pile of papers, typical for the elderly who have memory issues. I was refused a refund from an arrogant company who could care less about the health of anyone. If they were a reputable company, they would gladly return the fees, no questions asked, if they believed in their product. Watch out, it will show up again under another name. I have signed up for the Class Action Suit, hoping it is still being pursued and will write the Attorney General of California about this harmful and predatory company that takes advantage of the elderly without a care for their true health.
