I returned a product called "Ring Stop" within the alloted time period because I could not use the product. My return was confirmed by a lady named Lana, who also said that I was charged by mistake and would get a refund.
I have made numerous phone calls but cannot get anyone to answer me. I have also sent numerous e-mails to the company's customer support online site. I have been trying to get my money{$229.95}for almost a month now and am getting nowhere. I cannot afford this kind of loss.
This company is a total rip-off and full of gutless people who hide behing the anonymonity of unanswered phone calls and e-mail requests. They are a sham. They proclaim honesty and integrity on their website but are proving to be liars and thieves. All I want is my rightful refund that they owe me for a product I don't even have anymore.
