I requested the test item on 1/25/10 and on 1/28/10 i named to stop the account which mentioned I'd 2 weeks to complete. I had been informed they'd no report or purchase for me personally after she simply repeated my tackle and so forth;. I informed her then to stop my purchase. She again mentioned that she'd no purchase. I told her to stop it. On 2/8/10 my bank account was charged $87.47 I called on 2/11/10 to have them remove the charge and was told they had my record of the order but no cancellation.
