Dazzle white do not believe their "free trial" offer
WHAT HAPPENED TO ME WHEN I WENT TO Cathy's Teeth Whitening Success Blog Archive
It all sounded pretty good to me, a couple of "FREE TRIALS" just pay shipping of $1.95 I thought what the heck my teeth really need whiting BUT when I went to the Dazzle White site linked to Cathy's Blog "DAZZLE WHITE" charged me $59.95 with their so called "FREE TRIAL" plus $1.95 shipping nowhere could I or did I find anything that stated that any other charges applied. Upon ordering the so called "FREE SAMPLE" I was given an Order Confirmation for the sum of $1.95 nothing anywhere stated any other fees charges $59.95 there either&^#$%^&* Infact both of these charger were zapped off my account faster then I take a breath! Resulting in over drafting my account, leaving me worse then broke, and causing me to acquire over draft fees by the bank.
Upon calling Dazzle White to have my account reimbursed I was told it will take 72, I told them that was not acceptable, that they took it out in seconds and I expect to get it back in the same way. I gave them 10 min. Checked my bank, GUESS WHAT the charge is still on. So, I called them back and spoke to the Manager who told me "their policy was they could not put my money back and I would be get my money back on my account within 72 hours." NOT ACCEPTABLE I PROCLAIMED, AS QUICKLY AS YOU TOOK MY MONEY YOU NEED TO PUT IT BACK. I explained that I have experience with credit cards and it is possible to delete entries, using a entry error for example of $599.00 should be $5.99 this would be corrected with a negative and re-entering the $5.99 I told her she could run my card with a negative entry and my account would not be overdrawn. Again, I was told that is not their policy, it will take up to 72 hours for the process to reimburse me my money. MY MONEY THEY WERE NEVER AUTHORIZED TO REMOVE IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!
Now i have 3 days with no money and who knows if after the "72 hours" if i will still will be broke and the have bank charges accumulating daily???
