I recently resubmitted a state for dental providers. Mounted on THE LEADING of the state was a notice, unique type, and also the HCFA. Within 7 days the state was refused for copy. I named the organization plus they had no report of the the notice and type which was mounted on THE LEADING of the state. They'd not delivered me another state or consider my term this type was connected OR the reason behind the resubmitted state was as a result of medical condition of diabetes along with a heart problem. This isn't an ailment that I'd constitute to be able to obtain a state of $150.00 settled!!! My partners company spents lots of cash on insurance, and that I genuinely believe that this case was managed inproperly. NO work was designed to solve this for me personally.
