Starbucks Coffee
Serves tea at boiling temp failed to double cup resulting in permanent injuries, 3rd degree burns-refused to compensate victim

All starbucks... Serve tea at boiling or above temperatures. Employees are suppose to "double cup" this boiling liquid. Many starbucks fail to double cup. This tea was served in a single "solo" cup that exploded and caused my daughter third degree burns and permanent scars on her forearm.
Starbucks has refused to compensate her in any way choosing to blame Solo cups instead. Needless to say Solo is in turn blaming starbucks. Bottom line..insist on double cups when buying tea and other boiling liquids... Starbucks will not take responsibility for injuries resulting from defective products or failure to adhere to basic safety precautions.
