I am looking to find anyone who is filing a lawsuit against this company. I ordered online some stretch mark cream. Somehow computer placed me two orders. Not only that, but each order was placed in a different system. I called and received a rma for one of the products. An indian man i spoke to could barely speak english told me that he could find the other account. I told him the charges were on my bank statement from my debit card. We stayed on the phone for hours and i called back several times and no one at the indian call center could find that duplicate order. After 3 days, i called again, now my account had just got charged 79.99. This time was american call center, and the person i spoke to on the phone after about an hour explained that they couldnt find it because it was in the old order system. They apolozied and said that i can return the product with the rma on it. And my account would be refunded 79.99. I returned product unused same day and its been 5 months now. No refund. Natural source store has offered me grocery certificates, gas certificates, a cruise, all of which i have to pay for, but no refund. I have several phone recording promising the refund and emails apologizing for the delay. Now my bank account was recently cancelled for fradulent activity and i have contacted them to refund the money into my new bank account. They said they will call me back. Hmmmm no call yet. I don't know what else to do but file suit.
