This company is completely fraudulent yet when asked I'm told they "do not have a fraud department" My debit card information was stolen and was used for several online purchases including this company, In trying to resolve this fraud I have been told numerous different stories and only given more run around! After several weeks I was finally told that the funds were being placed back into my account 10/30/09, as of today 11/17/09, still nothing. This is the only company that has not done anything every other charge that was placed under my account has been refunded, but they keep demanding their product back, I have tried explaining no product was ever received yet they just can't quite grasp the concept!!! Has anyone initiated any type of lawsuit yet, because I would truly appreciate joining! Any help out there would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
