Nextlev Wellness Center Chiropractor David D. Warman, Rip Off and 1st Class Quack

Chiropractor David D. Warman is a 1st class Quack. Do not make the same mistake I made in being treated by David Warman.in 2008 I was treated by Warman for back problems. The sales pitch started out with Warman staring he was a certified specialist in the "Pettibon" method of alleviating back pain. I later found out that was the 1st lie, he had only minimal training and was not certified by the Pettibon organization. Next part of the sales pitch was the "Pro-Adjuster". A device that had two probes that, when placed on the spine, vibrated and was supposed to adjust the "subluxations" and cause my back to straighten. The Pro-Adjuster was also hooked up to a multi-display computer screen that allegedly showed in different colored drop down windows how my back was "responding" to treatment, second lie. At the end of this glowing sales pitch, Warman said that when he lived in California he was " M.C. Hammers personal trainer". A look around his office showed no pictures of him and Hammer. One would think that pictures of Hammer would have been a good selling point.
I signed a 12 month contract and spent over $3000. For treatment. Warman told me that it would take "some time" to correct my back problems. At first the problems stabilized but in the ongoing months they became worse. Warman's excuse was always "your back will feel worse but its just re-adjusting itself and the back will get better". Finally I requested the most recent X-rays Warman had taken and went to see a Back Specialist (M.D.). After an intensive examination, new X-rays and M.R.I., I was told that my back problems had worsened in the last eight months and I was sent to a specialized Physical Therapist who does PT on my back and has given me a specific exercise plan. This was to try and prevent surgery
I contacted my credit card company and requested a refund of payment to David D. Warman because the services he provided were useless. Warman fought me on this saying "treatment was not guaranteed and sometimes it does not work" and I should not get a refund. That was interesting because Warman, when he was selling me on chiropractic treatment, said this would help me with my back problems and I would feel "great" at the conclusion of treatment. What lies and quackery! An interesting point was that when I went back to my credit card company a second time, they were very willing to negotiate a settlement.
Further insight as to what type of person David Warman is, he fired a fellow chiropractor and employee by a text message not having the courage to do that face to face. I have tried for the last three months to obtain my treatment records thorough the AZ Board of Chiropractic Examiners and David Warman has fought me at every turn, giving the AZ B. Of C.E. A amazing list of excuses (lies) of why he can not produce my records. There are rules and laws chiropractors must adhere to in Arizona concerning records and allowing patients to obtain said records. He is in violation of these practices.
I was given an address for David Warman of 2052 North Lincoln Park West, #825, Chicago Illinois, 60614 by the AZ Board of Chiropratic Examiners but no home or business listing shows up on the Internet.
Beware of Quack Chiropractor David D. Warman!
