Still trying to get my refund

I have been trying to get my refund now for over two months they keep saying i'm on the list so i am tired of threating to take action so i am now taking action i would just like to warn anyone who wants to get mixed up with this company to check them out better than i did before giving them any money they made it sound like it would be no problem to get your money back and now i am have lots of trouble and elite health care is keeping me from being able to close out my old bank account beware of this company if i am having this much trouble getting a refund imagine the trouble i would have if i was hurt
