Consumer fraud ripoff They have been drafting my checking account. I have never received the product.internet nationwide

I applied to try the free sample. They have been drafting my checking account ever since. I have never received the product.

When I call the number on my checking statement, they tell me they are strictly a financial agancy that takes care of electronic drafting. They give me the number for primegra. They never seem to ask which company i am calling about, they just asked me if i was calling about primegra, which tells me the drafting company knows what is going on.

I have never been able to talk directly with anyone and have never received a response to my emails. They have caused overdrafts in my account. I hold the financial institution responsible as well, they do nothing to try to help me with stopping the drafts, but act as though they have full knowledge of the problem
