This place is HORRIBLE. I joined their gym several years ago and paid all of my dues. A bookkeeper there recently called me and started screaming at me before I even hard a chance to speak. She was irrational, claiming I owed them money, and called me a "deadbeat". I offered to fax her copies of the checks I paid with but she would not accept that solution and hung up one me! I called the manager of the club and she was no better. Many members of that gym have had problems with this manager on many issues and she never responds in a professional manner and lies about everything. I have no idea why she is employed there.
I am afraid they are going to harm my otherwise perfect credit for something I did not do. It seems I am going to have to go to court to stop them from doing so.
Beware and stay away from Roseville Health and Wellness Center!
