I also tried the free trial at 4.99 for shipping and handling. I also never recieved an email invoice. I tried the trial product and found that I could not use it because it burned ny gums. I thought that was the end of it, until I recieved another shipment of Ivory Brites, with a light and a bill for 88.00 dollars. I nowhere did it state that this would happen on the invoice I recieved with the initial sample, and then they just send you the rest and bill you. This is just a scam. Maybe if I had Liked the product, I would have contacted Ivory Brite and refilled my order. But to just start billing me and sending me the product after offering a free trial is just criminal
