Healthbuy offered me 3 containers Bowtrol colon cleansing. I paid $125 including article & packaging to provide in my experience in London. Item didn't function and disagreed with me and so I delivered all 3 (2 completely unopened) to get a complete refund.
I asked them-not to deliver me a US$ check, when I do not have a US$ banking account, but to return my charge card, that they got my cost. They dismissed anything I asked them. They delivered me look for US$46 (significantly less than half that which was owed in my experience) which is showing difficult to make contact with them. Today I'll need to pay fees to my lender (in England) to deposit the US$ check and it'll be useless in my experience once my lender got its costs.
Why when they may take cost therefore quickly/immediately from my charge card. Can not tey reimbursement to my charge card, when I'd required written down.
They do not seem to possess a telephone number, they do not answer my emails or even the emails bounce-back, as well as their purchase point (that we phone-in US, at some cost) state to not possess a tel. No. For your business.
There's NO customer care. I'm I've been scammed and dismissed and I've undoubtedly been short changed. I'm outofpocket and these folks do not provide a darn! All conversation was one sided (quarry) and completed by web.
I'm discouraged when I have no idea ways to get to these folks and that I feel I will have no option for them.
