I am a former weight loss counselor for LA weight loss and I would have to agree with everyone saying its a scam. While I loved my job in assisting cilents hit their goals. The way you are trained is to be deceptive when conducting a clients intial consultation. But our center understood the value of happy clients and would let them know there options if they were on a tight budget. The company even left us in the dark when we closed. We had no notice. One day after all the clients left, our owner showed up with a lock company and shut us down. We all cried about all our clients who invested all their money, many over 4,000.00. And all the products they prepaid for they wouldn't receive. Some of our counselors didn't even get paid because the franchisee's bank account was in the negative. And now I need my W2 and there is noone to go to. Corporate won't return my emails or phone calls and I have not been able to locate a single open center.
