Charged for a months supply that I Did Not Orde

I ordered a sample bottle of Acai Resoultion and was charged for the shipping of $4.95 in January which I authorized. Just last week I was sent a months supply that was $89.95 charged to my credit card that I did not authorize.

I want to know how to cancel my order today so I won't be sent or charged for any more.
